Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UpWoof Digital ("UpWoof", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.upwoof.ai (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
The Site is a marketing site with no public accounts, so there is very little to collect:
- Contact form submissions
- The name, email address, and message you type into our contact form. Nothing on the Site asks for more than that, and you should not send us sensitive personal information through it.
- Anti-spam signals
- Submitting the contact form runs Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which collects device and interaction signals from your browser to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. We receive only a risk score in return.
- Server logs
- Standard web server records of requests to the Site, such as IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
We use what we collect to:
- Read and reply to the messages you send us;
- Protect the contact form and the Site against spam and abuse;
- Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the Site; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or send marketing email to addresses submitted through the contact form.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work: Google (reCAPTCHA Enterprise, for the abuse check described above) and Postmark (which delivers contact form submissions to us as email). Each processes that information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use only essential cookies — a session cookie and a cross-site request forgery token — which are needed for the Site to function. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this Site. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies when the contact page loads, as part of the abuse check.
5. Data Retention
We keep contact form correspondence for as long as it is useful for the enquiry and our business records, and server logs for a short operational period. We delete what we no longer need.
6. Data Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the link below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
10. Contact Us
