From our roots in specialized industry SaaS, UpWoof Inc. has grown into a boutique, AI-first software development agency. We pair conventional software engineering with AI systems that do real work, and we build both proprietary platforms of our own and bespoke applications on request. Most of what we ship lives in industries where the domain detail matters more than the framework.

- Tohorā Karetao, an automated equities platform that keeps a whole roster of strategies competing on a paper account and promotes one to real money only once its cost-adjusted track record holds up statistically. Capital follows evidence, not a hunch. A custom LLM tuned for financial reasoning provides the market-regime read that selection runs against.

- Data-driven environmental offset and credit matching engines tailored for Australian regulatory standards (BOS, NVOS, and QCOS).
- LegalTech
- ProBonoGPT, a free conversational platform that answers everyday legal questions in plain language, powered by the Saul LLM. Good legal information should not depend on being able to afford an hour of someone's time.
- New Zealand Regulatory SaaS
- Eight compliance products launched together in July 2026, each aimed at one piece of NZ regulation and the deadlines that come with it: TrustKeep (Trusts Act 2019 record-keeping), CarbonBlock (ETS emissions returns for small forestry blocks), EPBWatch (earthquake-prone building notices), HazCert (hazardous-substances certificates), LiquorKeep (premises licences and duty manager registers), AgentKeep (real estate CPD), ImmigrationKeep (Licensed Immigration Adviser licences and CPD) and VisaKeep (AEWV accredited-employer obligations). None of them file on a user's behalf or give advice. They keep the record the regulator already asks for, and they tell you before a date passes.
- Open Source Automation
- NecroRuby takes high-quality Ruby libraries that lost their maintainer, brings them back up to modern standards, and gives the work back to the original author. UpWoof was built on open source, and this is one of the ways we repay it.

- Maintaining foundational platforms like UpWoof.com (our founding pet hotel management software) and luxury hospitality solutions like Karelda.
